These terms govern your use of techgrouper.com and the services offered under the TechGrouper brand by Asset Grouper Corp ("TechGrouper", "we", "us"). By using the site or our services you agree to them.
Services and agreements
Engineering, consulting, managed and communication services are provided under a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
Ownership of work
Unless your agreement says otherwise, intellectual property in deliverables created specifically for you is assigned to you on payment. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a licence to use any that are incorporated into your deliverables.
Acceptable use
Use of hosting, messaging and other services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a service that is being used in breach of it, with notice where practical.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only to perform the engagement. We sign NDAs as standard where an engagement involves sensitive systems or data.
