Our team began in infrastructure — domains, DNS, servers, uptime. That operational grounding is now the base for a full engineering practice.
We started in hosting and domains: unglamorous, unforgiving work where a mistake is measured in downtime. Running that business taught us the part most software companies learn late — that shipping a feature and keeping it running for years are entirely different disciplines, and the second one is where trust is actually won.
Customers kept asking for the next thing along. First it was "can you also build the site", then "can you build the application behind it", then "can you send the OTP", then "can you make sense of the data it produces". Each time the honest answer was that the work was adjacent to what we already did well, and that fragmenting it across vendors was making it worse for them.
So we built the practices out properly rather than bolting them on: engineering, AI and data, cloud, security, and customer communication. The infrastructure business is still here — it's now one practice among five, and it's still the reason our advice about running systems is worth listening to.
We deliver from India, for clients across India, the Gulf, the UK and North America — engineering cost that makes sense, without the timezone wall that usually comes with it.

Four things we're willing to lose work over.
Say the inconvenient thing
If off-the-shelf software solves your problem for a tenth of what a custom build costs, we'll say so and point you at it. If a project is going badly, you hear it in the weekly demo, not in the post-mortem.
You own everything
Source code, cloud accounts, domains and data are yours from the first commit, in your name wherever the vendor permits it. No architecture designed to make leaving expensive.
Seniors do the work
The engineer who scoped your project is on the build. We don't win work with a principal and staff it with whoever was on the bench.
No invented proof
You won't find fake client logos, borrowed case studies or a testimonial carousel on this site. When we can't evidence a number, we don't print it — including here.
Every engagement gets the same three accountable roles, whatever its size.
Engagement lead
Your single point of contact and the person accountable for the commercial commitment. Present from the first scoping session through to handover — not a salesperson who disappears after signature.
Technical lead
Owns architecture, code review and the technical decisions that are expensive to reverse. Writes code on the project, so the design stays connected to reality.
Delivery team
Engineers, QA and design sized to the work. You meet them, you can talk to them directly, and they're in the same shared channel as you for the life of the project.

Both, and in that order historically. We run hosting, domain and business-email services, and we run an engineering practice that builds custom software, cloud platforms, AI and data systems, and customer messaging. The hosting business is what taught us to operate things properly; it's now one of five practices.
