Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every hosting, email, messaging and infrastructure service TechGrouper provides. It exists to protect our clients, their customers and the networks we all depend on.

You may not use our services to

• Break the law, or host or send content that is illegal where it is published or received.
• Send unsolicited messages, or message anyone without the consent required in their market — including SMS, WhatsApp and RCS opt-in rules.
• Distribute malware, run phishing or impersonate another person or organisation.
• Attack, scan or test systems you aren't authorised to test.
• Run workloads that degrade the service for other customers, such as unauthorised crypto-mining.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Messaging rules

Sender registration, templates, consent and opt-out handling must follow the rules for each destination and channel. We help configure them; you remain responsible for the consent of the people you message.

Enforcement

We may suspend or restrict a service that breaches this policy, with notice where practical and immediately where there is a risk of harm. Repeated or serious breaches may lead to termination.

Report abuse or security issues to hello@techgrouper.com with as much detail as you can. We respond to verified reports promptly.
